Please be sure your members are aware as in addition to the life and std offers, we are trying to capture as much information, ie. Emails, DOBs, beneficiaries, etc. as possible during this event. This will enable us to better service the members. Once the member sets a time, they will also be able to get answers to the many questions we are getting, such as direct deposit information, benefit information, keeping LTD and signing up for STD.
