Cobra Enrollment package for Lump Sum VEOP

Cobra packets were mailed out via postal mail to your permanent address on file with American when you separated from the company. These packets were mailed at the end of the 14 day period from your separation date. If you have not received your packet in the mail and want to enroll in Cobra, you can do so online through the Benefits Service Center which you can access via Retiree Jetnet (retirees.aa.com). If you do not have access to Retiree Jetnet, you can access the Benefits Service Center directly at www.digital.alight/american-airlines.com. You will need to register as a new user and set up a user name and password. Alternatively, you can contact the Benefits Service Center directly at 888-860-6178. You have 60 days to enroll in Cobra from your date of separation and your coverage will be retroactive back to your separation date.
